About Adi Wirawan

Adi Wirawan is a Partner of HLB Hadori Sugiarto Adi & Rekan. He has more than 25 years of experiences in auditing and consulting practices. Adi is a Certified Public Accountant in Indonesia. He is a member of the Indonesian Institute of Public Accountant (IAPI) and Capital Market Forum (FAPM).

Adi serves audit and review engagements of publicly-listed entities with various industries engaged in construction, real estate, plantation, hospitality, manufacturing, steel, multifinance, oil and gas.

Adi specializes in business restructuring and valuation of entities which are contemplating to perform equity and debt fund raising. Adi is deeply involved in Initial Public Offering (IPO) of shares readiness of several clients and issuance of bonds/rights issuance.

Adi facilitates in-house trainings to clients with topics related to financing, accounting standards and regulations. He was a lecturer at Petra University and Widya Mandala University in 1980 - 1996.

Adi had worked in one of the big four (4) accounting firms in Indonesia prior to joining HLB.
